Josie brings over 20 years of real estate experience to the Reece Nichols South Central Kansas Hutchinson office in both commercial and residential transactions.  Her knowledge of the both the negotiating and technical sides of transactions make her a great leader and mentor. She is happiest when helping others achieve success either as a new business coming to town, a new homeowner or a new agent joining her team.

Josie Thompson is widely recognized as Hutchinson’s leading expert on commercial real estate and has sales and leasing experience in all aspects of industrial, retail, office and land properties. 

Josie is a native of Hutchinson and a mother of five, graduating from both Hutchinson High School and Hutchinson Community College. She is dedicated to Hutchinson and focused on the growth of the community and is a very active community member. She currently serves on multiple boards and has been a Girl Scout leader for 13 years.
