Paul has owned and operated Nisly Auction, LLC since 1974, specializing in real estate auctions, including farms and ranches, urban and rural homes, and commercial property in Central Kansas. Paul also specializes in all types of personal property auctions, including farm machinery, household items and antiques, and construction auctions.

Paul has been a top producer for Commercial and Farm & Ranch real estate for many years of his career.

A licensed real estate appraiser and certified under the Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board, Paul has logged over 10,000 hours of appraisal work in Reno County and the surrounding area over the past 25 years for many banks, attorneys, individuals and estates. 

Paul is a member of the Kansas Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, State and National Auctioneers Association, Hutchinson Area Board of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
